Good Friday is the great day for Christians. Christ died on the Cross to save us from our sin and to give us salvation. God’s Love has flown to the human being through the cross; from there we receive grace. We keep the memory of Good Friday alive by living it with love and devotion. On the day of Good Friday, 14th April, Bendur Parishioners came together to celebrate the great love of Jesus Christ with Rev. Fr Ashwin Cardoza, Rev. Fr Antony Shera, Rev Fr Alwin Serrao, and Rev. Fr Roshan D’cunha by taking an active part in the ceremony. The church ceremonies on this day included the reading of the Passion of Christ, reciting a string of prayers, unveiling, and veneration the Cross and communion service. Many faithful experienced Jesus’ love through meaningful participation.
