St.Sebastian’s  church, Bendur Celebrated 106^th Parish day on 19^th January 2020.It was a wonderful event attended by nearly 2700 parishioners.

The day started with preparations in the early hours of morning, mainly cutting & cleaning works for the feast dinner. Nearly 400 volunteers supported the cooking work, chair and stage arrangement. Members of Catholic Action League and other youngsters arranged music and stage cultural programs.

The main celebrant of the mass was Vicar general Rev.Msgr.Maxim Noronha and together with Parish Priest Rev.Fr.Vincent F Monteiro, Assistant Priest and Guest Priests .The mass was another memory of fervent prayers, togetherness and parish Unity. The parish priest Rev.Fr.Vincent F Monteiro wished all the priest and parishioners on the occasion .The parish Vice President Mr.Stephen Pinto wished all a wonderful feast. As part of the cultural programme the Secretary Mrs.Mavis Rodrigues read the Parish Report. The Vicar honoured 6 Parishioners for their service to the church and society in General and 10 parishioners were honoured for their achievement in various fields. Followed by a cultural evening where the youth and children of our parish gave a wonderful performance.
