The YCS Day event, held on 11th June, was a remarkable occasion filled with enthusiasm and achievements. The event was graced by esteemed guests and witnessed a variety of cultural performances.

The guests included prominent personalities such as President Rev. Fr. Vincent Monteiro, Director of Bendur YCS Unit; Chief Guest Mr. Prajwal Sequeira, YCS Animator from Mangalore Diocese; and Guest of Honor Rev. Fr. Johnson Pereira, YCS Director of Episcopal City Deanery. Additionally, Anson Clement Nazareth, President of NEXCO; Jessica Sharal Santhmayor; and Briston Mario Rodrigues were also present.

During the event, special recognition was given to Anson Clement Nazareth and Amica Frank for being elected as National President and member of National executive Committee respectively. Their dedication and contributions to the organization were acknowledged, highlighting their exceptional commitment.

The event commenced with a warm welcome by Samuel Rodrigues, followed by a vote of thanks delivered by Ivin Sequeira. Their gracious words set the tone for an engaging and memorable day ahead.

The cultural segment of the event showcased various performances that delighted the audience. Dance routines, soulful singing, a small funny skit, and a skit focusing on raising awareness about the impact of social media were among the highlights. These performances not only entertained the attendees but also conveyed important messages, capturing the essence of YCS values.
